Poster Set
I have a Porsche poster set PNA 000 085 . This is set of I believe 12 posters, I say " I believe " because the set has never been unrolled and is in the original wrap and box. I purchased this set over 20 years ago and believe was out of print back then . Does anyone have a idea of what it may be worth ?? I do not have the room to mount and hang them and would like to sell to someone that would.

If it's the "Strenger" set from 20+ years ago....probably more like $50 each!
Sorry Sid.

Until I see pics of the posters, or get some kind of ID mark that will let me find out what they are... My offer stands.
But since we don't know what they are, I'm gambling and made my offer accordingly. ![]() |

As I mentioned I do not know what posters are in the set, as they are in the original paper wrapper ( Rolled ) . The factory label on the box just indicates : Poster set _ Standard, part #PNA 000 085. Sorry I do not want to open and unroll. Maybe someone out there might know what is in the set. I have tried to look up the part #, nothing.

So here we have a brand new poster (no pun) wanting to sell something even he says he hasn't seen.
Yeah, that's believable. Open them up and show them. The fact that they may be signed would be your Cracker Jack prize. |

As I told you in my PM. Send me pics of the package so I can verify they are Porsche, and I will take a gamble.
And I bet that's the best offer you'll get since you won't open them up. |

A Porsche dealer should be able to track down what you have there.....have you tried this?

That part number is meaningless.
How about showing us a picture of the mystery grab bag o' something with Porsche written on it?

Sounds similar to a tube that I bought at the Hilton LAX Porsche show a few years ago. I can't find the original tube to check and see if the number matches your number, but I recall clearly that it had a part number. I removed and flattened the posters and mixed them in with the rest of the collection. If I recall correctly, they were factory racing posters from the mid-1980s. There may have been a 24h LeMans poster, but I don't really recall there being anything particulary unique or special in the group. I'd open 'em up and see what you've got. There can't be much collector value in the original wrap/box (easy for me to say).

You know, it looks like he's asking for help in identifying what it is and what it may be worth, not actually selling it...having stated that, some pics would help us help you...

It seems probable that either:
- the OP (with only two posts) is having a good laugh on us, or - the OP knows there's nothing of value inside the tube and is hoping that someone will bid a ton on a grab-bag prize, or - the OP needs to realize (as Uncle Jerry would say) "sometimes the card ain't worth a dime if you don't lay them down" and show what he wants to sell. An unopened tube of poster isn't any more valuable and you'll get a lot more interest if the prospective buyer knows what's inside.
