The Mentalist
Does anyone else watch this show? I think it is one of the best-written shows on TV.
I can't wait until the next season, which I'm guessing may be the final season.

Loved the first season, but then it went too deep with the Red John plot and we stopped watching in the middle of season 2. Maybe we need to pick it back up.

Yup, it is good but the Red John thing is a bit too method for me...obvious grab at keeping you coming back. Not needed IMO. If you like that you may also like the new Sherlock Holmes - its heady and quarky as well.

I prefer the new Sherlock to The Mentalist...though the Mentalist isn't a bad show, either...
(It's probably Lucy Liu that keeps me so enthralled with Sherlock...lol)

We watch both the Mentalist and Sherlock. I'm ready for the red John thing to be done. I don't mind when they throw something like that in every once in a while, but prefer it to not be every show.
Sherlock is great. It doesn't hurt that Lucy Liu is smoking hot. |
