Really interesting video.

The narrator sounds familiar to me.

That was fascinating. I am very intrigued by the statement that the fox is successful 75% of the they are facing North.

Sounds like Tom Selleck

my heeler does that sometimes. doesn't really jump up, but will ram his head into a snow bank and come away with a vole.

Those little Shiba Inu dogs display that behavior at the dog park. Diving under the snow and a strong prey drive makes them seem very fox like.

redefines death from above.

Mine does as well. I walk the perimeter of the farm with her and the other two dogs almost every day. She will suddenly stop, leap up and start to dig at a furious rate, nose in the hole, out comes the mole.

Poor bastiges...

I just watched that episode of North America yesterday. Totally cool part about the fox.

Wish my two Healers would catch voles & moles. They have gotten a squirrel, possom, and a couple sparrows. Oh and Maxx got Elvis :(

Great video, thanks for posting it.

That is EXACTLY how my Alaskan Malamute caught mice.

I would say he was 90% effective...

He even did it that way in grass meadows.

...and yes to Tom Sellick

porsche4life 11-30-2013 10:19 AM

nynor 11-30-2013 10:55 AM

My wife enjoys the video, too.

Tom Selleck, yes.

I thought it sounded sorta like Jeff Foxworthy or even Tim Allen.
