Sorry to hear about the accident. Hope it wasn't a "hold my beer and watch this" incident.
|
sad news. how fast must he have been going to mangled that car like that ????
|
If given the choice between going this way and slowly lingering on to eventually die...I would like to go out quickly.
Just my opinion. I liked his movies...hope everyone did. Bob |
Very sad and my heart goes out to the family and friends.
I never cared for his movies at all, but it saddens me to see someone so horribly killed at the hands of a driver who from all appearances was going far too fast with far too little talent. I just hope they died on impact and the root cause was not alchohol. No one deserves to die in a fire.... Dennis |
Sad for sure, one less Porsche and two families are suffering losses as well. The amazing thing is the tree. That little elm tree is still standing and will probably survive. I've been in accidents with trees on two occasions and no matter how hard you hit a tree, it barely phases them.

I agree with Dennis and my sympathies go out to both families as well.
Let's not forget Rodger Rodas, the driver and also the owner of the Always Evolving Pirelli World Challenge Race team that Paul was involved with. Both these gentlemen will be missed in not only the entertainment community but also the automotive and racing community as well. God speed gentlemen. |
Sad news, but this in not technical content, and belongs in the off topic forum.
