I love stuff like this. There is an Abarth @ 4:00, my neighbor has one in his garage identical to it.
What and where was the large brick structure seen @ 3:14?

Excellent and appreciate the sharing! The in car cam showing the driver expression in the rear view mirror and T5 action is classic. Dig the early Onan Bros. generators promo too.
RA- Have always enjoyed talking with those who raced the early days including some of the founders. Even earlier years racing thru the roads around and in Elkhart Lake must have been a hoot and known for party reveler fans. Another must see but short film of R/A was done by the NBC Today show (possibly 1958). Has great in car footage in one of the Scarabs driven by I believe Dick Thompson. More of early R/A. Converted some family 16mm from that year at the track including in town. Also opening day footage of Meadowdale Intl. Raceway, 3 1/2 hours south of R/A. That track was big time stuff but short lived. Neat seeing those era Ferraris, Maserati and other rarities dicing.

Fun video to watch, since I wasn't around in '58 (only two years old). Started attending races back in the early '70s and still spend most of my summers in Elkhart Lake. Vintage events are large, with the July Vintage Race pulling thousands of fans to not only the track, but the downtown car parades and concours events. Hobbs lives locally, and he and Matchett can be found wondering the streets outside of Siebkin's with a gin & tonic in hand.
Can't wait until next season!

That was fun! The announcer is a real enthusiast, I was totally caught up with the play by play at the end!
