Worth it?

I am real curious if it is worthwhile for a car that sits a lot and is only used for fun. Those are the ones where they tell you to change the oil every year no matter what the mileage.

The recomendations made are based on the wear metal and contamination limits as well as the oil condition. Its really inexpensive (under $20).
