Build a small rack with 4x4 posts and some casters/wheels from home depot. Use said wheels to get it up on a flatbed or other trailer. Depending on what kind of tub, it may be possible to put it on a flatbed tow truck and then off load it into the back of a moving van, etc. and then tying down inside.

Here's how I moved two mustang shells. Steel tubing and some cheap wheelbarrow wheels from HD. Later sold the dollies on eBay for twice what I had into them. Mount them to the stock suspension pick up points. Most commercial carriers will take them set up this way:

We use a couple of furniture dollies to move around 911 tubs... A naked tub is not that heavy ( don't know the exact weight)

The big dolly belongs to the striping place....

Porcelain tubs can be difficult to ship. Might want to strap it down to a pallet before you load into the back of a pick up.
