we made it on gizmodo
This is a project we're doing with Office of Naval Research. The photo was on the Navy home page a week or two ago and a Gizmodo writer evidently saw it and wrote a piece. Cool to get press that you didn't have to chase...

Gizomodo picked it up first - they saw the photo on the Navy photo stream and wrote it up. Then someone from The Verge saw that and called my colleague for an interview. I shot a bunch of photos on Friday and sent those along. Now it gets passed around various feeds, and evidently CNN called the program manager at ONR and they want to do a story. Things happen quickly. Was a good excuse to use my new camera
