phone account hi-jacked
we started getting messages last month saying our account had been changed.
my wife called Tmobile and they thought they had everything straight. got the bill friday. $100 in charges to cuba or south america, i forget which. got it straight now. i just dont understand how the charges got charged against HER phone. anyway. now anytime changes are made they can only be done by her and Tmobile has to send a temp password to her phone. yea sounds a little less secure after reading this, but Tmobile has to verify it is her on the phone. really no skin off our teeth, Tmobile is the one that pays, although i wonder if it would have been as easy to prove if we did not have problems the month before.

That happened to me on Sprint. A couple $k in charges. I didnt have to pay anything tho. Apparently the hackers "clone" your phones identity and then its sold.
Im so sick of hackers... |
