Watch every Star Trek series.

All 4 seasons of Knight Rider (90 episodes) are on Netflix. Awesome.

lgb240 01-31-2014 10:15 AM

Magnum PI
Lost (at least the first couple of seasons)
Love the Beast

Watched season 1 of 'the IT Crowd'.

So hilarious. Way funnier than anything currently on TV.

I plan on watching 'X-Files', all the Star Trek series and Movies and have already watched many documentaries. So far I like the service.

Yes the current movie selection is lacking, but so far there is more than enough to watch for $8 a month.

Top Gear
Breaking Bad
Red Dwarf
tons of documentaries
Nova
Archer
Deadliest catch
Lots of great older movies

I have enjoyed Netflix this past year since cutting the directv cord. I have Vudu to watch the more current releases, plus I have a roof antenna for all the free tv (25 channels)

Just a few suggestions:

The Office (UK) -needs subtitles but is hilarious

Coupling (UK) was there the last time I checked. I want to be like Jeff.

All the sci-fi stuff like Eureka, Sliders, Farscape, Battlestar Galactica (2004) as was already said.

FIrefly and Serenity.

Wives and Daughters (Justine Waddell and Rosamund Pike)

I cut the cable - in this case satellite about a year and a half ago. I don't pay for any services. I get over-the-air digital HD and free services like Crackle and Popcorn Films and PBS.

Yup, it has been over a year now and I am very happy with Netflix and Vudu.

kinein 02-03-2014 12:39 PM

so with vudu do you have a flat rate or do you pay additional to view movies or new episodes?

Skytrooper 02-03-2014 02:53 PM

Netflix has a flat rate. Vudu has no monthly fee, you only pay for what you watch. Plus I put up a roof antenna and get 22-25 channels free

WolfeMacleod 02-04-2014 08:24 PM

Red Dwarf

epbrown 02-04-2014 08:24 PM

I've been catching up on/re-watching 24 on Netflix. There seriously can not be a worse place to work than CTU!

Has anyone else been streaming netlix through a ROKU and seen degradation in the quality of the picture. I used to consistently get HD, now lucky to get 2-3 dots with lots of re buffering. My Amazon stream is fine which makes me believe the internet speed and ROKU are fine.

pksystems 02-05-2014 11:15 AM

Watched...

Walking Dead
Breaking Bad
Lost
Hemlock Grove
Roswell
Jericho

So easy to watch tv.... It gets annoying (with LOST especially) ... previously on...

herr_oberst 02-05-2014 11:26 AM

The Venture Bros.

aschen 02-05-2014 12:05 PM

I was watching sons of anarchy which is good but not great.

I watched breaking bad live from the beginning, but I know it is on streaming. Best drama tv series ever!

anybody reccomend any movie content for streaming?
