That's Exene Cervenka's stuff. Probably going to go for a bit of a premium.

Sad to see this sort of thing. Exene has MS and is likely selling off to cover medical costs. She hasnt been well for a few years now.

Saw X many times back in the day. One of the most unique bands ever.

That one might be an affordable piece of guitar history. The Rick solid bodies with horseshoe pickups were generally not great players so they don't attract high $$$ collectors like a similar vintage Tele or Les Paul. Might be worth a few bids.

Just an estate sale - not an auction. Sounds like they are handing out numbers at 9am to see who gets in first at noon.

Bring some cash and you might get lucky! A 1955 Les Paul Jr. typically sells for $3k-$10k depending on condition and ownership pedigree. John Lennon's might be worth a good bit more.

I thought an 'estate sale' is when they sold off your stuff after you've shuffled off this mortal coil

Was John's Rick recovered? I thought it went missing years ago and was never seen again.

That's her's...I too was sad to see this posting. Have seen them 2x in the last couple years. Got a chance to say hi to her here last time thru and she looked good then. Their Ep "Los Angeles" was what got me into punk and the L.A. scene 25+ yrs ago. Doe was living by you at one point in time, right Craiger? FP?

I don't know Targa. But if someone finds it I have a nice place for it in my home.

Yeah, he had a place out in Lockwood Valley. Used to see him at the hardware store. How you been Jim, we need to get some Pelicans together again!
