That is why I don't shop at Wal Mart. I don't want someone to take my picture AGAIN and post it on the Walmartins site.

Maybe your wife is a hottie and wanted a pic of her.

"Hiking in Suburbia." This is a new concept to me. Is it commonly done in your area? I'm sure if I saw someone hiking along our local street with a backpack on it would raise some interest because of the novelty of it, but it certainly wouldn't be photo worthy.

If I took a picture of him taking my picture that I would consider paranoid.

I think it is a different culture vs. Canada. (Culture is a favorite word for Canadians to describe the inexplicable. In Edmonton - redneck country you would only find culture in yoghourt). In Canada it would be most unusual for somebody to photograph you in a wealthy neighborhood. Not so much in your face people. But I understand folks are just trying to protect their property in the face of increased crime rates.

I must admit my wife and I do odd things. Hiking/walking in suburbia at midday in 80F. Most folks are too frigging lazy to walk and hot like it is just drive their cars.
Perhaps it is my sinister backpack I am carrying with water, gps, camera, binoculars, food enclosed. LOL. G:)

I got into with a guy at Disney World last year. He was taking pictures of my daughters when while they where posing with Mickey and Minnie. He did not work at Disney. I took his sd card put into my camera and deleted all 1400 pictures on it. I gave him the choice of my foot in ass or the sd card.

I've read this a second time.

I still think the dude with the camera was a paranoid person, however if you have been outdoors for long and tanned up plus went unshaven for several days you might look a little like a terrorist with a backpack bomb to him.

Then again, if you look anything like your dad, maybe he thought you were a celebrity.
