Like stripping threads on a car, this is archery's eff up.

Everyone uses a razor to cut things off of a bowstring. In my hands, that is like playing with a light saber while high on crack. I barely touched it. Thwick! Gah! I benched my bow for a 3d shoot. This will cost me precious time and money.

I called the pro shop to order new strings and he said, "you should have let us do that". You think?

He said he will show me the safer way. Bow shop is 100 miles away. Damn!

Well hell, if you're gonna drive 100 miles, might as well pick up something new while you're there. Only makes sense.

Was looking for an arrow in a body part, oh well.
Maybe next time.

That doesn't look too bad. I'd wrap the ends with thread and see how it shoots before I make a road trip to the shop.
