Interesting fact. I met a guy from Indonesia and he notice folks in N. America peel bananas backwards. Elsewhere in the world where banana is plentiful, people peel it from the bottom (for us). He also mention that how monkeys do it too. I have tried and it is easier, but usually forget to do it the "Correct" way.
