Obviously, fake.

Everyone has a slight bulge over their shoulders, behind their neck. Also, notice the difference in the clothing when they are interviewed an when they are on the board--it's bulkier around the back of the neck when they are on the board and, in a few shots, you can see some harness type clothing around the shoulder/neck--look at Terrell Owens, especially, School Boy Q, and the actress--they all look like the have linebacker shoulder pads on when riding the board, but are thin shouldered when interviewed.

Lots of quick cuts, moving/jumping camera, a bit of CGI, and voila, a hoverboard.

White body harness can be seen on most, digital out the wires................looks like they had some fun though.
