Seriously, you jumped to the conclusion that this person has owned this vehicle a long time... it could be that they just bought it.

Here the sticker just has the year, and in small letters an ID.
If they get pulled over and the cop asked for registration they're caught, but the idea is to have a sticker on there so they doan get pulled over for expired tags.

If an illegalo gets caught in so cal doing that they usually won't get their car towed because that'd be racist.

And before anyone fakes liberal indigence, that was all 'splained to me by a guy I know who don't have no documentation.
