possibly
local direct investment might be the way to go right now, help build a coffee shop- federal government regulations are the real sticking point right now in this game-

funny you mention it...I bought MJNA on a stupid whim (though they were one of the only profitable pot stocks) got in at $.16 and sold at .32 after a high of over .40.
Very wild ride, but a lot of the pot companies have very little to do with what you think of "pot" They are mostly medical pot products and services. MJNA came out and said, whether or not states legalize pot has very little to do with their business model. Be prepared for big ups and downs!

I read an article recently mapping out concerns the banking industry are having about how to deal with marijuana deposits. There seem to be issues about money laundering surrounding the deposits and how the fed will deal with tracking these deposits.
It seems like the pot industry will have some teething problems which leave investing somewhat problematic. Throw a few thou at it, if you can afford for it to go up in smoke. |

I got in with disposable income about a month ago.
PHOT paid $.38, now $.60 TRTC paid $.62, now $1.05 GWPH paid $$58.30, now $72.80 GWPH is a legitimate pharm company seeking FDA approval on several products. They have approvals in several other countries. The other 2 are penny stocks. They dropped 20% as soon as I bought them. Then went up 70%. They have dropped 15% the past couple days. GWPH has been relatively stable in comparison.

I have been keeping an eye on them. Some actually look promising. FWIW, I offered a "Hot" stock tip the other morning to anyone that would PM me. No one did... You would of been up close to 300% returns as of close yesterday
