Credits on old movies
Bullitt is on TV tonight. Why is it that old movies run all the credits up front like that? These days all the non star stuff is at the end. Anone know?

My guess is that it is because in today's films, every person involved probably has to be listed, and they'd rather have that at the end when most people are up and outta there because they're in such a hurry to check to see who liked them on FB.
But seriously, people would rebel if they tried to show all that at the beginning.
