Looking for an internship for law student. International focus.

I have an nephew who is studying law at Cardiff University in the UK. He is interested in international financial law, but I think exposure to intellectual property, copyright, banking, product licensing, etc would also be good for him. This summer he is going to be doing an internship at the UN in NYC, and I was hoping to help him find an opportunity at a firm here in the US. He is an Indian national, and comes from a professional family. His father is a successful lawyer.

I wouldn't post something on his behalf if he weren't a dedicated, smart, affable person. He is very ambitious. He's also a car guy. When he was in high school, he and his friends organized off road rallies. When he told me about this, I thought he was talking about kids blowing off steam in their cars and calling it a rally. Not at all, they were large, legal events, and people showed up from all over the country.

If anyone could offer him any sort of exposure, even if it were a short term observership of some sort, I would be in your debt. He could potentially work anywhere in the country, as he has a generous uncle who is willing to foot the bill for his travels!

Throw him in the Lions Den...California has more lawyers I am told than the rest of the world combined(that may be an urban myth).
