Robin vs squirrel
 

Hi Guys/Gals,

I'm a country boy, and I saw something I have never seen in my 52 years.
I'm watching a Robin pecking at and just generally pissing off a squirrel.
I have seen this with black birds on hawks.
Probably a "let my progeny live," but this early in the season?

I watched a crow eat a baby rabbit in my backyard on Wednesday. I never thought of crows as predators.

Yesterday I accidentally chased another baby rabbit towards a neighbor's cat. I did expect what happened next.
