Why does a typing test need cookies?

52 wpm....better than 76% of those taking test.

Took two years to typing in high school. Great way to meet girls and prepare for college/career.

it doesn't. I've got cookies disabled and the top of my page had a banner asking me to turn them on. I didn't and I was still able to test

I got 70 wpm that time. Just had to relax a bit to let the fingers flow.

I'm satisfied with this.

An office manager was interviewing a candidate for the steno pool.
"Are you a good typist?" she was asked.
"Not really good." was her reply
"Well, how many words per minute, 70?"
"No."
"Fifty?"
"No."
"Thirty?"
"Almost", came the anguished response.
"You're not a typist. You're just a 'hunt-n-pecker!"
"I am not! I have a steady boyfriend!" retorted the girl.

he types fast with those two fingers. He didn't ever say they were accurate.

25 words with 19 incorrectly ones. Story of my life. Can't type, don't proofread. I do most of my typing necessary here on off topic.

i used to average 55wpm in high school. That was a fun class from what i remember.
