Depends. What brand and grade of film are they using? How many trim pieces are they taking off, or are they just tucking it under them? Any print work on the wrap?

Around 2k is not unheard of.

As low as $1,600 locally... I'm about to do my refrigerator. It still works fine but the paint has seen better days.

Lubey asked this question last year and got some good responses:

What kind of disassembly do they do at this price point. I was thinking about doing this my self, then wandered around the car and was a little put off by all the stuff I would have to take apart.

I ran into someone the other day who just had his Ford truck wrapped. He paid $1800 and was telling me what a bargain he got.

Locally here in PDX I was quoted $2000-$2600 for a Targa (depending on the shop) for 3M 1080 solid color and "doing it right" (aka trim removal, wrapping around body seams, etc). I got crazy and elected to do it myself (still in progress); materials were ~$385.

I got mine done for 2K, included some light body work to sand out and fill some surface rust. I'm happy with it for the most part. Its not perfect but I didn't want to drop 7K on a nice paint job either...

$2k-$4k depending on the complexity of the wrap. If one has to be printed it will be on the higher end. Stock color? Lower end.

I had the hood wrapped in satin black on the 911 and it was $400. After watching the two guys do it, I would be very tempted to buy the materials and do it myself!

Try a front fender before you say that! . Flat panels are easy. The roof on a 911 isn't fun either.

Right!!! I would definitely want my work buddy to have some experience in wrapping!

If one was so inclined to DIY....this is a good source:
Ikon Wraps | Carbon Fiber Car Wrap - Matte Car Wrap - Satin Car Wrap - Chrome Vinyl Car Wrap
