And Asia, unbelievably. Ive been travelling to Asia regularly since the 80s. Of all the social improvements in poorer countries like Thailand and Malaysia brought by development and wealth-the people generally live much better lives than they did- but with it has come "McCulture". One NEVER saw an obese person in these places. Now, its not as prevalent as in the West, but they are there- and children. Fat, really tall kids every where. In every group of 8yo school kids there is one a head taller and really fat. A new high calorie, high sugar diet.
And the crack about London. There is great eating in London. But if you go into the average UK pub for a meal- especially out of London- boy eat they badly.
