So there is no confusion on dates.

Craigster, Joe Bob, Brando, maybe Speeder, and a few others have expressed interest. I'm off the I-5 in Santa Clarita, CA. Oak Tree Gun Club is about two miles away. If we do mid-morning, I'll spring for some beer and burgers afterwards at my crib. My pool will be heated to 86 (yes, I'm a wuss).

You can bring any weapons of mass destruction to Oak Tree that you want, no steel bullets, no tracers, the usual prohibitions. No alcohol before going on the range.

The cost for range time is $20/day, but extra for skeet and trap if that is what you want.

Had a great time out there slinging some lead, a few neat toys to shoot. That Airlight, shooting 357, my hand hasen't hurt that bad since I was 13 and found a stash of Playboys!

Great time with Pelicans and a good lunch afterwards. Good seeing you again Hugh, and nice meeting you Brando and Joe Bob. And sorry about that 6.5x55 Swede that whizzed by your head, it was a "hang fire", my finger wasn't on the trigger or nothin'.

Nice, thanks Joe Bob for posting. Yeah, that airlight S&W with 357 is a handful. I really liked Brando's 9mm Hipower rifle. Nice to shoot a bunch of other people's stuff. My new S&W 40 needs sight work. Or maybe its just me.

So the gal pal and I cleaned the spoons.....Hopp's #9 solvent stinks to high heaven. Hand washing with her silver bar that advertises for garlic, fish and other stinky substances worked well.......in the shower, together.......
