Nest Question
 

I had my daughters out in the shop helping me this evening and we came across a 5ton a/c condenser that I had stored in the back for a couple of years. My flooring in the back part of the shop and the condenser was sitting on a full size pallet. We noticed that gravel had been pulled about a foot up the sides of the condenser and there was an entry hole? Wtf makes a nest like this? Can't be rats can it? I have never seen rats pile gravel in such a manner... Any ideas before I pull this thing out. I mean I don't want to have a freakin' heart attack or something...

You might be right, my cats lived in the shop and they both came up missing a couple weeks ago...

Joking aside, sorry about the cats.

I will wait till I have some sunlight to go pulling that thing out of there... Not sure what I am going to find. Never seen possums or rats do gravel like that... Will have to wait until tomorrow I suppose.

ground hog? we had one build a burrow under our shop. he died...and it stunk to all hell.

How big is the hole?
