Contact Ian Smith, at Cooley LLP's Santa Barbara office. He's a Pelican and avid Porsche enthusiast. His specialty is M&A and corporate law, but he can certainly refer you to someone in the office, and may handle it himself. UCC-1 demands are pretty easy stuff.

Been there, done that. I feel for you Joe Bob, I'm sorry. I had 10 years of bloodletting from my ex-wife. She watched my career closely and took me back for more with every promotion...But there's light at the end of the tunnel.
