General reliability of the BMW Xi?
Considering a 2004-2009 325/8 XI but wondering what their reputation is in regards to reliability and ease of home mechanics? Any and all thoughts welcome.

When looking up oil change interval and quantity in newer BMW manuals, it basically only says "Please contact your local BMW service center".
Changing the battery requires plugging in a computer to tell the car it has a new battery. That should tell you something..
