Yes... In the 911 tech forum. He has a multi page thread going about his cars.

He probably has another moniker too because of all the haters.

Pretty hard to miss if you hang out in the tech forum. He's got some great cars, but is also a master of self-promotion.

He also responds to PMs if they are relevant. Really nice guy. I saw him on an episode of How I Rock It on the flight to Milan last week.

He shares pics of his cars and the accessory line that he has created but I don't think he posts just for the sake of communicating with we mere mortals.

Self-promotion or not, he's a genuine car guy and a Porsche guy. And a nice guy, to boot. Kudos to him for having so much fun with it all and sharing his enthusiasm through his "self-promotion." We should all be so fortunate.

Ya, I'm pretty self absorbed...and I may go over to Porsche tech side every so often...good to know a guy like that is around. Always dig talent...

Why are people so anxious to label a different perspective "hate"? Assigning the term "hate" to a difference of opinion only tends to stifle legitimate conversation.

I'm used to rock n roll types, so Magnus didnt bother me at all. SUPER nice guy and very gracious. Yeah, he looks different than most, but he's a self-made man. Nothing but respect for him.

Man....are the nay-sayers haters or just jealous?? If the guy never posted a pic of himself I'd have to think the haters would shrivel.

Magnus and his 911 hobby were not on the internet for the 1st 10 years I knew him.
I bet his 15 minutes of 911 fame won't change him in any way, and that's a good thing. :cool:
