Loan Company Did Something Right !!!

A few years ago, we tried to get our 6.25% home loan refinanced through our lender, NationStar and they buggered it both times terribly! Lost paperwork, no human to talk to, etc, etc! This past April I get a letter from Greenlight Financial saying they had been purchased by NationStar just to do refinances and our loan was listed as one that they had messed up on and please give them a chance!

So I called and we did a HARP refi for 2.1% and in less than two weeks ALL was done and signed with a proper person. This was the end of April and we did not have to make our May and June payments which was great!

About this time, you might remember I had my total bypass surgery on the heart and in all that excitement I forgot to change the loan account number (same lender) to the new one on my on line banking! I found this out yesterday when I got a late payment email from NationStar and then it hit me what I had done. I called them and they did not show the payment getting there. My credit union account showed it going so the $$$$$ was somewhere. Around noon I got a call saying the $$$$ had been transferred into my new loan, no problems as all was well! I am a happy boy!
