Monterey Historics Trip
Have scored a room in Carmel starting on Monday 11 Aug. Am thinking of driving over from Scottsdale starting Sunday AM early, 430AM, and driving through to say Tehachapi or Mojave. Then rolling into Carmel Monday. Thinking of taking 146 over from 5 to see the James Dean site.
If there is someone interested in joining my little sojourn, please let me know. Figure to get out of the Phoenix valley before it gets too hot, though I am sure the Kingman to Barstow to Mojave run could be kinda warm.
