That's great! I just showed it to my Gf and she's happy too that an idea like that is materialized in Canada
The guy who was interviewed was his first full time job! I can only imagine how many challenges people with with handicaps go through

I love the idea, the customers were really into learning to sign.
I know a Tastee Freez that will have a deaf boy working in a few years.
