I think I read in the specs, that the engine was modded and tuned to about 999BHP, I'm sure it needs every bit of it with the additional weight this "business man" added to the car!

Guy is an auto mechanic by trade, made a small fortune pimping Ferraris in the 80s and used that small fortune it to make big fortune in real estate. It is pretty apparent, and mentioned in the video linked as well, that he is selling these unique "designs" to "Arabia".
