Watched it this weekend. Antics aside I'm a big mel Gibson fan.

Glad I watched it. Well done. Interesting.

I believe most, in not all the actors were not "Actors" in the truest sense of the word, i.e., no previous acting experience.

Compelling and different and thought provoking ....

excellent movie. got lost in a the crazy he was spewing that year.

Love the head tossing game!

I'm going to go visit mayan ruins again in person this fall, for the third time........

3 hours inland of Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, and Belize jungle.

incredible Mayan culture, and they're still digging the ruins out from under the jungle over growth with vast areas and cities / temples undiscovered.

Besides Egypt and the Americas, there is an incredible pyramid still unearthed in China(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qin_Shi_Huang), alleged ones in Bosnia(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosnian_pyramids), and Stupa burial mounds/temples in Buddhist India and SE Asia.

Great movie.... The child birthing scene was incredible. :eek:
