Any decent Porsche mobile repair guys in the OC?
Need some diagnostic help. Any suggestions? If at can be at home, otherwise I have to schlep to Aase Motors. It runs but I am missing out on HP after my dyno test.

Did the dyno run mess it up or are the results telling you you're leaving HP on the table?

My 964 per Steve Wong has some issues. Only 216hp at the rear wheels. He gave a list of possibilities. I could do it if I had another set of hands. The GF just has one due to rotator cuff surgery and all my friends are busy.
Such as not getting full throttle, throttle switch defect, resonance flap, etc. |

Not getting full throttle is easy, even if she only has use of one hand. Have her step on the gas pedal while you adjust the throttle linkage.

Since 964s had about 250 hp @ the flywheel, 216 @ wheels would be more than it left the factory with. Is it modified such that you expect it to make more power?

I'll add that dyno results should be taken with a grain of salt. Not an exact science, but great at measuring delta changes between consecutive runs, not necessarily 100% accurate at predicting HP at the wheels however. Different dynos yield different results....ymmv. Just drive and enjoy
