Seriously, tho' the button-madness is kind of cool, from an automotive history perspective. (look at the interiors now)

sawzall will make quick work of that bodykit. New fenders, doors, rear quarters- and a different interior it would be fixed...

The current, original owner was a dealer for Rinspeed in the '80s. This car had a suggested retail price of $160,000 USD back in 1986!

I wonder if those sidescoops whistle at speed or create drag? Probably lose a few MPG at 80MPH with those big ol holes.

That one is not irrevocably ugly. Get rid of that idiotic rear wing and the shroud around the rear window and I'd drive it if I could get it cheap. Unfortunately, people who own these cars don't price them cheap just because they're ugly.

I suspect it will find a buyer. After all, it is a red Porsche and it looks different.
It's not really to my taste either, but someone out there will be thrilled to get their hands on it.
