Personally, I thought it was brilliant and the driver receiving the mirror "tweak" seemed to approve.

Aren't side view mirrors considered part of the safety feature (to keep track of what's happening around you)? I'll say yes so I think the offending racer should be disqualified. Yeah...pretty harsh!

Funny, I can tell you from first hand experience racing spec miata in the past we used to give each other ALL kinds of crap. The drive seems to be dealing with it well, looking before he moves over which is what he should be doing with or without a mirror. A bit of door banging into a corner could have resulted in the same happening to the mirror and hey as a plus he has less drag now!

Prolly two friends and the offender was messing with his buddy. If not, he deserves to find a flat tire when he's not looking.
