I kept waiting for something to happen. Then I figured out that it was Yes music.

Rick Wakeman has some pretty cool stuff out there.
Cheers JB

I will report this thread to the mods for endorsing religion.

I like piano music - all genres...normally.
But when I meditate, I cannot listen to piano music - no matter how soft, melodic, and peaceful it is. It's the attack and decay of the subtle plosives from the hammers that bother me. Same with acoustic guitar music. I prefer more continuous sounds like what comes from violins and other bow instruments. However, I will listen to water over rocks and rain, etc. - no thunder and lightning, please. Sometimes ocean waves are good. . ![]()

Funny, I was listening to this earlier.
Going For The One was the last good Yes album in my opinion. Then they tried to become a pop band with 90125.

This came out WHEN you were young. I've always loved Yes. Dad played all their stuff when I was growing up. More like nursery rhymes than religion.

Emerson, Lake, & Palmer did some good stuff in my days.
Also, Pink Floyd. I did like them...and others. Take it easy on an old fart, dude. ![]()
