1977 London to Sydney Rally

I was doing a house call this afternoon, yes really, there are doctors that go to people's houses still. Fascinating woman that I have taken care of for a dozen years. She is on hospice and I am not about to tell her to find someone else, and does not get around well at all anymore. She had her son's old rally car, 1978 Dodge Colt as I recall, on the side of her house for a long time. I should have bought it from her just to get those cool old wheels. Anyway, her son was an rally guy in the 1970s and 1980s. I was talking to her about her son, who is coming to visit her this weekend, and she shows me this book about the 1977 London to Sydney Rally by John Stathos. Her son apparently ran it in a Jeep CJ-6.
