1) Honesty, even if it may be something the other person may not want to hear. But to be able to say it in a way the other person will listen.

2) Sincere. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Many men and more women aren't very sincere nowadays. It is very fake, surface.

3) Dependable. Hard to find loyal people too. Someone who you can count on. In any situation, at any time.
