Porsche Chat room

Just wondering...has anyone used the Porsche Chat Room? I know a few people were going to try it but then no one connected or did not have the java web program downloaded yet.

Just curious.

When it was first introduced, a few efforts where made to use it. . . .it didn't last.
It may be that this goup is not filled with the best typist, or people here just like to think a bit before they "speak."
I'm guessing OT relm here gets more traffic.

SO, what's "cwwdp"?

Thanks for the extra info. Possibly the "chat" option is not so realistic for people to use because I think people pull-up the site at such varied times of the day.

Besides...having more time for people to collect their thoughts is not a bad thing...I've seen several posts/flame sessions where people have to "clarify" their meaning of something.

cwwdp is kind of a joke. It stands for chrome wheel world domination party. I like my chrome wheels but it seems like a lot of people prefer the black fuchs...so I am the founding and only member!!

Who knows...maybe I could get 3 or 5 more people to join.

What does the "island" stand for??

Anyway...Have a nice day!

Thumbs up chrome wheel world domination party

I guess I'm party-pooper though with my recent change from full polish (too flashy) to Platinum

Though I must say "party" sound like much more fun than "plot". hmmm pwwdp

Oh; on the "What does the "island" stand for?? "
Hmmm, good question. It deserves a multiple choice answer:

a) "island" stand for "incalculable sarcasm lingering, arouses nervous doubt"

b) Because it is "island911" it's clearly meaning; "ingenious SC's loft a now dominating 911"

c) Nothing note worthy, I simply happen to be on one of many islands, somewhere, most the time.

d) all the above

Hint: Clearly "Ans. a)" just wouldn't make any sense

What awesome pictures!! Makes me think of Juneau when we were there in August.

Actually....both sets of your wheels look really good. I don't think I have seen platinum before. I really like the contrast with the rest of the wheel. It has a classy look to it too.

OK...now on the "island911" multi-choice. I pick D...all of the above. I'll also give you a 10 for creativity. Since you did not name any specific island by name...I'll just plop you up in the "north and west of the state of Washington area" region.

Let me know how many members you get into the "pwwdp"
