Pool Cleaning - Arizona Style - -

AZ dust storms are amazing events to witness, but NOT pool owner-friendly.
.
Before: Manual vacuuming...
.
.

.
.
After:
This is my first pool, ever...learning a lot about chemicals, etc. Still kinda fun to fuss over and clean the pool - not sure how that'll last.
That's my Poolvergnuegen down there - doing its thing...a final clean-up for me.
That rig is amazing to watch...it'll climb that 9' wall to the top, rotate around and go back down, do the whirlie-girlie and head out to points beyond.
'Think it has a brain in it - not sure, though.
Thought I'd share.

I have that same cleaner. Works great. I added an inline leaf catcher to the intake hose.

I also have the Kuhn garlic press you referenced in a different post. Good unit. Had it for years

We've been using a Polaris cleaner. Doesn't scrub like yours appears to but picks up everything on the bottom (mostly leaves this time of year). Has a long tail that wags back and forth like a stingray. Amazing technology and fun to watch. The dogs are completely baffled.

We must be related - what's your last name?
.
Thanks for the sugg. on leave catcher...need to get one.
Also, I'm thinking about this method of pool maintenance (Video). What's your take?:
BTW, here's the least expensive Borax I've found:
