Every place that sells oil will accept the old oil. I take mine to a local parts store. Big barrel in the back of the store and empty my container.

On my P car yes. The Caddy came with 4 years of free oil changes. filter/air filter changes. You just have to say no to all the other stuff they 'recommend'.
Hell, free deli inside too.
