Yeah, I've never understood the Nickelback haters. Are they the best? Nah. Are the deserving of the hate? I don't think so. I think it's a group think thing... just a bandwagon that a lot of people have jumped on.

I don't particularly like them, but in the end aren't they living the dream? Obviously they've got a formula that works for them. I'm going to probably end up on some folks ignore list, but I'll take nickel sack over the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac or Steve Miller. At least nickelback was only overplayed for a few years instead of my entire lifetime thus far!

I really think some of it is the humor. Much like the abilities of Chuck Norris. Take a subject and over exaggerate it to the point of silliness.

I have never bought a Nickleback song or album but I have a few that play on Pandora with a thumbs up.

I quit listening to the radio several years ago. The radio seems to play a very limited selection of the same few songs.

Mail them to Apple in Cupertino as a "free gift" they didn't want or ask for. :p

Nickelback represents everything wrong with rock music.
