Icons above box in "Quick Reply" section not working
 
I have tried it on two different computer and two different browsers. (Chrome and IE11)

These "buttons" are not working. They do work if you switch to "advanced" mode.

Yup. I thought it was Chrome being stoopid but alas, Safari did it too.

I just checked IE11, Chrome and Firefox on my laptop. They do not work on any of them.
