Amazing, some of the old brown and sharpe micrometers are going fairly cheap ($65) on e-bay but the newer, plastic stuff is going for $350!

Go figure, my wife is gonna be ticked when all these old micrometers start showing up at the door :)

While I'm not really a HF fan and I like analog calipers better, I had a set of mittutoyos and these at work and they are always within .001" of each other
