I was a peacetime army reservist. I would never consider myself a Vet. Was still proud I served.

Thank you to all that served and fought! Especially to those that made the ultimate sacrifice.

Perhaps there will come a time when there are no veterans ? But given human nature I doubt it.

I agree, thank you Veterans! Vinman is a veteran to me as well. Just because nobody cashed that blank check, doesn't mean it wasn't of value.

I empathize with you Vin.
My service was 100% peace time. The biggest threat to me was the group shower.
Though I am a veteran, in that I served in the US Army, I really don't hold myself to the same light as those who served during war time.
