Going to Oxenford, QLD, Australia and Wellington, NZ the first 2 weeks of December
Pirates of the Caribbean 5 in AU and then Pete's Dragon in NZ. Haven't nailed down exact dates yet.
If anyone is around, I'll buy the first round.

May need to take out a loan to buy those rounds Hugh! Beers were mighty expensive in Brisbane.
Have a blast. Going to be nice and warm in QLD in December. I assume you will be flying into Brisbane. If you want any tips feel free to ask. I also have a thread from a year or two ago that people posted up a lot of great info for me. Have a blast. Loved Australia and the people.

If I remember correctly beers at the Marriott in Brisbane were about 13usd. And that was for a Budweiser equivalent. Do the exchange rate on that!

Things change:
I now fly to Auckland on November 30, Sunday, leave from Wellington to Brisbane on December 5, Friday an return to Los Angeles on Thursday December 11.

Get ahold of Fishcop in Brisbane....John and I spent an eve out the last time I was thru...He is a great guy.
Beer is not big deal in AU......Was there 5 weeks on my 3rd trip 2 yrs ago.......Bought more than I can count on a 14 day mc trip form Hervey Bay to the Moto GP at Phillip Island and back.......Maybe $5 each per "shout" We did Business class with miles that included 4 day stopover in Fiji.......Happy times...........
