For me, I always think of Cosby as the owner of the "other" Super snake Cobra. Don't know much about his cobra as far as color and such. Don't think he owned it too long,

Never knew much about him, but I think now, he is in a pack of trouble. The interview with Sofia Vergara is kinda creepy IMO.

If the accusations are false, the underlying motive is not to get paid off in an out-of-court settlement. I would guess that this is a smear campaign because Cosby has offered opinions that upset those that rely on racial tension and dependent minorities. That used to be limited to the Jesse Jacksons and Al Sharptons of the world, but as we have learned it also includes the nation's top cop and president.

This isn't a smear campaign. It's his own history biting him in the ass. Every time a new women comes out against him, the less frightening that option becomes to the women that have stayed silent. Trust me, if he were innocent of all of this, he'd have his lawyers shutting these women down. They aren't, because he isn't. It's that simple.

I hate Gloria Allred as much as the next guy but I wouldn't support Cosby just to oppose her. That's just stupid. Nothing personal.

Actually, you can die a hero if you are one. A villain is always a villain, even with a good publicist.

I hope I don't regret writing this but...

I actually feel sorry for him. After a life of hard work and tremendous success it not going to end well.
Regardless of what actually happened he'll be ruined because of this.

It is sad in a way. The public side of his persona brought us so much Joy and laughter.
This side is tragic for those women that encountered it, And ruinous for him !

Just sucks! Especially to be him right now.

He had it for about a day. He drove it around the block, it scared him, and then his wife Camille said no, have them come get it.

Cosby was a Ferrari guy at the time and, the story goes, ran into Carroll Shelby at the supermarket one night. Shelby busted Cosby's nuts for driving that I-talian car and said he'd send over something really fast. That's where the 427 twin-turbo Super Snake came in and that's where Cosby got his material for his "200 MPH" album. The car, there were two built, was a real handful and they had trouble getting the C-6 automatic to function properly with the turbo'd 427. Payton Cramer, Shelby's local dealer, took one out onto the 405 one afternoon and while clicking along at about 70 he pressed down on the gas pedal and the car kicked-down into Low and the car spun several times. It came to a stop in the median facing the wrong direction. Cramer got out and walked back to Shelby American and told the shop guys to take a truck and go get it, it was too wild to drive. The Cosby car, if memory serves, was wrecked, fatally, and the other stayed with Shelby until 2007 when it sold to Ron Pratt for 5.5 million.

Cosby hits back at his accusers - Salon.com

"Cosby’s team claims that Huth’s lawyer Marc Strecker initially approached them demanding $100,000 to stop their case from going forward – a sum they say they then raised to $250,000."

Continued:

"In a Thursday court filing, Cosby attorney Martin Singer called Huth’s claims “meritless and unsupported” and said that they came “immediately after Mr. Cosby rejected plaintiff’s outrageous demand for money in order not to make her allegations public.” He added, “Recognizing that they committed extortion and could face significant consequences for their conduct, plaintiff’s counsel Marc Strecker rushed to the courthouse to file this lawsuit on behalf of his client.” And he continued, “Conspicuously absent from her complaint, however, is the fact, confirmed by plaintiff’s counsel, that plaintiff unsuccessfully tried to sell her story to the tabloids nearly a decade ago.”

Thanks, makes a good story. I think I read somewhere the VIN plate from the the crashed Cosby car ended up on a similar car in England, right hand drive, 427 etc.

The other good story is the lost Coupe which Phil Spectre once owned.
