The only oil company stock I currently own is TSO, bout 3.5k shares.
Last posted about it a few years ago IIRC when it was not doing that great.

I figure it'll hit 90 in the next year or two BUT DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!!!!

It hit 90 all right. it got up to $94.83 a couple weeks ago.
Bouncing on 89.75 now.

I have some PWE, today at $4.17, down from about $23 in 2011.

I've been selling covered calls against it for quite a while now, I think I will stop doing that in the next few months. I actually bought a few PWE april 3s for a break-even of $5, time will tell. The funny thing about it is it's up and down 5-6% every day. You'd think it was a tech stock or something.

I'd sell it if it wasn't so worthless. Funny how that works.

I'm looking at KMI or HAL pretty hard though. I guess that's not necessarily "oil".

I like to play with the oil funds ETFs that are more connected to oil prices. I made a good 50% shorting oil (SCO) from June when I got in (could have made 70% but I sold early). Now I'm in oil and a 200% oil index (USO/UCO) that is at a record low since 2008. Oil goes up....oil goes down. That's a constant in the universe!

Totally. Down 10% today. Tomorrow is a good day to get long on it.

Exciting times at work. Thankfully I am on the 'correct' side of this merger. Otherwise I would be crapping myself.
