patio heater recommendations

I've been researching but decided to use the PPOT geniuses.

I have a covered patio, 8"X16', open on two sides, north side of the house. It's wired for two ceiling-mounted heaters. I live on the coast near San Francisco. Cool, foggy, summers with highs in the low 60s. Winter evenings usually in the low 50s.

I don't need a lot of heat. It's between regular electric and infrared. No propane/gas. I've read a lot about infrared not working very well and putting out a bright orange glow. Anybody have something they like?

I had a freestanding electric radiant heater for my patio for a while and it drew a full 15A with little measurable heat. I sold it and got 2 party style propane heaters and now have more heat than I can ever use. If you need lots of heat, you need 220v 30A industrial quality heaters or you need gas IMO.
